    Produce Your Own Music Online
    By Phillip Davidson

Always wanted to know how music producers work their magic? Would you like to learn all their tricks and maybe someday make a career out of it? Maybe you just want to have fun, and Jam out making Insane Beats all day! You just took your first step of the rest of your life - believe it or not.

First things first - you gotta decide what kind of music you want to produce, and then you need to take the time to check out all the great software that's available out there.

Some of your jealous friends will tell you that it's just too tough to get started - why bother. That's a straight out lie! It's actually easier than you could possibly imagine with all this new technology. PLUS - a whole lot of FUN! It used to be that if you wanted to lay down some tracks, you'd have to hire a crew of technicians and rent a studio - NOT CHEAP!

Once you decide to get started, you have a couple of things you need to figure out. The type of music you want to produce will dictate the kind of software you need. One special kind of software allows you to lay down multiple tracks at the same time. This is what the pros use, and it's called a Multi-Track Sequencer. Most of these will allow at least 16 tracks, many have more - you can put many different instruments in these tracks. You want to get a good base track going, then start adding instruments on all those tracks. Keep putting different instruments in each layer, then stack more layers on top of them, layer after layer. Once you have a good enough track to record, you will need to have a software that can allow you to record your masterpiece. You'll want to share your master with friends, family, maybe even a Record Label.

You want to make sure that whatever music making software you choose; it has a great support system so that you get the help you need when you need it. You will want plenty of video tutorials, and FAQs in place that you can turn to to, see how that special trick ways done, or maybe just answer some quick questions. This is the kind of support you will need when you are learning how to make your own music online. This will take the stress off of you while you are learning the new software so you can get down to making the maddest beats in town!

Practice, practice, practice! Plan to spend plenty of time in front of the computer - working on your tracks, and mastering all the features of the software. The best way to get to be the best at making beats and producing music is to make lots of beats and produce lots of music. Having control of all your own music production is a great feeling. If you're only a beginner, you will understand this once you get started producing music. Keep a sharp eye out for the best music production software, and start making the beats of your life!

Sonic Producer is the best way to make your own beats online. You can lay down up to 16 tracks, record off to MP3 audio, and has a full line of instrument sounds to use in your music production. Come read my full review of Sonic Producer - the best way to make music online.
