Welcome to EvO:R Entertainment
  •  The EvO:R The Goods Section

Welcome to the EvO:R-The Goods Section.

Many websites have been put up to warn people about scams and services that do not live up to expectations. As a result we have had a huge void in websites that list services that reach or exceed our expectations.

In March I send out emails to thousands of people requesting that if they had a great experience with any company, service, or website involved in the music business to please send me that information. Well, it seems as if it is much harder to get people to respond and share a good experience then a bad one so we will slowly build each of our sections based on the results of the March 2004 emails and we will continue to add more and more topics and compliments as we move forward.

EvO:R does not take responsibility for any site or service in this section. We are simply providing websites and services that have exceeded expectation in the past.
  • Web Hosting Services Suggestions
  • Buy Our Web Hosting (Brad Ervin) -
Provided this company remains in existance, I will never use anyone else. That is how good they are. They are Linux based and have everything you'll ever need including the best customer service on the web. So far I am only using a tiny fraction of what the service has to offer. To boot I have yet to find anything cheaper with the exception of those 'free sites' that are hardly worth having even though they are free. I like getting the best and the most for the least. It's pretty rare.

  • Free Webs.com -
is where we parked our site and we have had great luck with them. It only costs $42 for a whole year of service, this price does not include the site name registration cost. Price includes, unlimited pages, unlimited text, unlimited photos, and much much more.

This is a real value for the struggling band or musician who wants to put together a decent website without putting out a lot of cash, plus you don't need to have HTML skills to use it, so it's very musician friendly.

  • Register.com -
A simple free Register.com site offers a lot using links to CD Baby for sales, (let's not forget PeaceWork Music Net, for their no inventory costs music on CDRs, ok Jef :-)), New Music Canada, for audio of three complete albums, and the Yaya Diallo Forum..Register.com's service has been excellent.

  • Nimbit -
I HIGHLY recommend: www.nimbit.com as a webhost. Their webtools are the best I've ever used. Brian Waymire President DreamScapers International, Inc.

  • A Message from Our Founder
    Charlie Harrelson
Charlie Harrelson- Founder of EvO:R and solo guitarist TL2
The Independent Music world has become so fragmented that anyone entering into this arena will be lost without having a chance of survival. What every independent musicians needs is information, understanding and a path that leads to success. Sure, you can buy a few books from authors that never played a note or loaded a single amp into a moving van. Pipe dreams are all over the Internet.

At EvO:R we pride ourselves with sections dedicated to Independent Music News called (The EvO:R Street Journal), Musicians Success Stories and Tips called (EvO:R-pedia) and a Musicians Testimonial Section called (The Goods) dedicated to Internet based companies that deliver on their promises.

All this news and information and we don't charge a single penny. We also respect your online privacy by refusing to track your browsing habits while on our website. We simply want to deliver the BEST news, information and success stories for the Independent Musician.

Thank-you for visiting EvO:R and tell the world that we are out here..
