The Noise Factory is not made up of musicians or former record executives. We are young and we feel very passionately about music. The Noise Factory came into existence out of a need and desire for something new. We truly believe the music we represent is some of the most wonderful and beautiful music currently being made. Our strength as individuals lies in the marketing and business side of music. Unlike many indie labels we offer a different viewpoint, one of the music lover and consumer. We at Southbound Records are now taking on new Artist with their own releases for possible distribution in the USA and Canada to stores. We will be selling whole sale only to stores and will not be doing mail orders. The styles of music are a wide range. But not interested in Rap, Death and Speed Metal. Jade Tree took shape and started to release records. In 1992, Jade Tree was very fortunate to cross paths with the folks at the highly regarded independent distributor Mordam Records. With the release of our 4th record, Swiz's "With Dave" 7", Jade Tree was picked up by Mordam to be exclusively distributed worldwide. 10 years, and 54 releases later, we have seen Jade Tree expand more then they had ever expected. With no signs of slowing down, you can bet we will be cranking out records well into the next millennium.
