Evor Private Stock Guitar Sale
Over the past three years the EVOR guitar kits have been a huge success story.
To promote our product better we started showing our kits at local guitar shows. Many people had no idea what a little bit of imagination
and hard work could produce.
As time permitted we would build a few of our kits and show them off at various events.
This allowed people the opportunity to play and see a finished
model while deciding which kit would best suit their needs. As a result, we built a
number of great looking (and playing ) guitars to travel with us.
Now it is time to part with these one of a kind instruments.
Note: These are not perfect instruments. They have been to a number of guitar shows and have sustained
a few nicks and scratches. This only adds to the personality of the guitar. We will not hide any flaws, we want you
to see any dings and scratches.
Every instrument is a one of a kind product. When it is sold, it is gone so act quickly.
All sales are done through PayPal. It is fast, easy and secure.

During the past year this instrument went through a number of modifications . When it was originaly built we used
Nitrocellulose Lacquer for the finish. Because the guitar is light weight the high gloss laquer finish took away some of the
natural wood tone. The laquer was removed but much of the darker wood finish on the front side of the instrument
was removed with the nitrocellulose finish.
The body was hand sanded leaving patches of the original darker stain in various locations on the guitar. Because the body
was so light I felt that sanding any more might effect the natural wood tone of the instrument. As a result the guitar body was put
to the side while I decided my next move.
After looking at the body for a number of weeks I started to like the what I saw. The darker tones accented the lighter wood grain
and created a one of a kind design. In order to better preserve the guitars natural wood tone the body was finished with a
thin Polyurethane finish. The back and sides still had the darker wood finish.
The guitars tone is rich and very mid-range by nature. The bass is not very deep but it is solid. The neck is still being modified
as I am trying to get the action a bit lower without doing a huge fret job. The Floyd Rosed tremelo is not as good as the real
Floyd Rose tremelo's but it is a solid performer. Strings do spring back well when the whammy bar is fully depressed.
